these are just inserts for bumbo seats , i believe they just snap into place on the seat

FYI, there was a recall on bumbo seats. The fix was to send out these free kits to add a seatbelt so the baby wouldn't fall out.

I have a bumbo and it came with the belts bur no,harm in haveing extra just in case
