Is this the kind of razor they use to thin hair or the kind the use on the ends to make it kind of choppy looking?

A styling razor can be used for just about any kind of cut, not only the choppy or point cuts but it can be used to thin hair or even to do a straight cut. Some prefer to cut with the razor rather than sheers but I liked my sheers and thinning sheers.
