This is a 16" vintage pendant with very thin silver tube shaped beads, and turquoise colored beads spaced by silver colored round beads. Directly in the center, in Native American style, is a silver bear with a long silver feather dangling beneath it. The bear & feather combined are slightly longer than an inch. The necklace APPEARS to be made from liquid silver, which was popular in the 1970's, but there are no hallmarks anywhere on the piece, so I cannot say that it IS silver. The chain portion shows no sign of tarnish whatsoever, but the round silver tone beads and the dangle do. My great grandmother was Native American, so I've always been fascinated with anything reminiscent of the stories I was told as a child.
