Yes it will fit into an iPhone. I believe it will only function on iphone if jailbroken as an external storage/read device - it has very little purpose on an iphone otherwise

I'll add the pics requested asap. The iphone will not necessarily read the sd card when inserted unless jailbroken but that's your choice/idea. This item was designed for the ipad as a way to upload sd card images to an ipad (no guarantee on iphones)
