This is used and it is i believe a size small! This was so great for my son! it is also great for winter and when used properly helps reduce the risk of SIDS. If you know about swaddle mes then you know they can be pretty expensive.

This one is blue but i dont see why it couldnt be used on a girl. I would use it on a girl.
