Vintage Upholstery Stretcher Webbing Tool. It measure's, 8" long, 3-1/4" side to side at widest point, with 6, 1/2" teeth/spikes. The spikes are 1/2" apart and VERY sharp.This was made by C.S. OSBORNE & CO.,(see 3rd picture) The wood is rounded at one end, with the side's curving in for a easy grip. There is a bit of surface Rust on the spikes, and the wood does have scuffs from use (please see all photo's). Still in excellent vintage condition.
