I didn't know they had 2 dollar bills out again. This is not the old silver certificate?

The mint has been re-releasing them about every 10 years or so. 2003 was the most recent mint. Even the recent ones (like this one) are quite difficult to find unless you're looking for them.

I guarantee you it's authentic. In my job, I work with thousands of dollars a day so I can spot a fake when I see one. If for any reason the winner truly believes that the bill is fraudulent, I will certainly return their credits.
