The tag reads 22r but it's my understanding that size 22 is a plus size. The waist is 22 inches laying flat and the hips are 26 laying flat. They are also lower rise in the front I forgot to mention that.

i think they are a 22 size.. she said they are 22" layed flat... meaning a 44" waist around.. and i dont know anyone who wears a size 2 to be 44" waist.. lol! i think they prolly run small but fit more of an 18 or something... tech thinking they are almost 2 feet wide in the waist when its layed flat... so these are DEF a size 22 with a reg inseam not a size 2....
