The listing, REAL IPOD TOUCH. USED IN GREAT CONDITION has ended.

I got this when it first came out. I like it a lot but I just bought an Iphone and don't need this anymore. I have taken photos with my username with it and if you need more verification I can take a photo of my face with it. haha. it's in great condition. no scratches on the screen or anything. I have a cover on it. I take great care of my stuff so it's perfectly fine.

4th Gen iPod Touch is a fairly new but in the photo the back of it looks really scratched.

it doesn't have a case and yeah the back is a little scratched up but the front is the part that you will be using. it won't be hard to cover it with a case. the front has a clear scratch protector.

What does jail break mean? Will it work with any wi-fi?

it works with any wifi. Including home wifi.. Jail breaking is something that you can do that will allow you to get free apps and customize your ipod completely. It is NOT recommended for the amateur. You can mess up your device. This one is NOT jail broken =)

I looked into it and I didn't find a reliable program for this newest 4g iPod. If the winner prefers to have it jailbroken they can figure it out on their own. But thank you for the offer:)

I will put it in the original plastic case it came in and bubble wrap that then put in a small flats rate box with more bubble wrap around to ensure it doesn't

This is true because once jailbroken apple will not even touch it if you happen to have to send it in for repair and also the warranty is void.

I knowww, seemed like the 1st few days I had it I noticed it was already scratched up on the back and the most it had been around was on my desk and in my pocket.lol.I do have the case for it though, found it last night.Dont know why I took it off.It will come with the rubber case which is blue.=)
