The U.S. mint released this latest coin in the presidential dollar coin series November 18, 2010. It one honors Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States. This 2010 P golden $1 coin was removed from a fresh bank wrapped roll with cotton gloves and will be shipped in a cardboard and mylar 2x2 coin holder. This coin is from the Philadelphia mint.

This is the first time Abe Lincoln has been on two circulating coins of different demoninations in the same year (the penny and this dollar coin).
