I'm not sure...nothing says Purina on it, but it was given to me and my dogs are lap dogs so this leash is too big for them to use...

Although again there isn't any info about that on the leash my guess would be no...you generally need a wider thicker leash than 1" for a dog of that weight/size...this would be good for about 55 pounds max I think and of course depending on the training and personality of the dog too ;)

Hi There,

Yes, it appears t have white graphic things like dog food bowls, balls, and a scale and reads "project pet slim down," and it does in fact say "from Purina" in very faint print.

Hope you find this description helpful...it's kind of hard to make out everything with it sealed.
