this auction is for my husband and he is giving away a used phone. its just been sitting around gathering dust. it does have some scratches that can be covered with a case. it is a touch screen phone and does have small scratches on screen but nothing major. the only thing wrong with it is that it does not stay charged. i believe it just needs a new battery and it might only be good for parts. it does NOT come with a charger since i only have one for my lg phone.
