The listing, Halloween Costume For Puppy has ended.

This was used last year for trick or treat when our beagle was only 10 weeks old. He's too big now for it! Is medium size, should for a dog 15 pounds or less in size, but definitely too big for a chihuahua size dog. From smoke free home.

hmm... I think it'd work. There's elastic to help out fit and Velcro closures so you can make it tighter. I can give you exact measurements of it later today.
