I don't refund for buyers remorse so, if you get it and decide you don't want it, you have to mail the items back to me in the EXACT condition they are sent to you (brand new, unopened, unused or with no more used than already noted) at your expense before I will refund your credits.

Who do you think you are? You are full of crap! "The Body Shop" IS name brand AND EXPENSIVE!! Have you SEEN how much this stuff goes for? Nothing rude about telling people they have to return it the way they got it if they want a refund.
