can i ask a question any body can answer im new at this how do you go by. llike you have an auction somebody wins. and they never give you an address and its been 2 weeks. what do you do about it? and like some post they will keep there credits ? can somebody give me an answer thank you

Hi Jenniferhuddleston165.....if u have an auction the buyer has 7 days to give your theier address if they dont u keep the item n relist it if u want n u keep the credits......u need 2 put in a dispute 2 listia...........they can not keep thier credits after an auction cause they r pending for the seller.......i hope this helps u...n welcome 2 listia.

ok when u see i will keep the credits that telling the buyer that if they bid n win then change thier minds they will not get thier credits back.....also like i said if u have an auction n the winner does not give your thier address u can relist the item....if u click on the item that the person did not give u an address on the right hand side it says Things didn't go as planned? Request a refund here click on that n thats how u put a dispute in.
