people you need to learn to read articles it says and I quote "Digital delivery" that means it is a picture that you are paying for not a car for you to drive

Wow...listia made it easier to scam than other auction sites. Which is exactly what this is. They know some people won't notice the digital delivery part.

If it says its a picture it shouldn't be considered a "scam." If people see a shiny car and they jump without reading that is their own fault. It's almost like people overlooking the fine print on things.
