NBW beautiful SIZE 1 skirt. It has a zipper in the back of the skirt (goes ALMOST halfway down skirt), almost 6". There's a small slit on the front left, less than 4" up from bottom of skirt Skirt measures almost 14" in length. Waist measures 12" (exactly 1ft), this is skirt laid flat, straight across, with front over (on top) of the back. Measuring the circumference of the waist (on/around outside, both front & back) is a little over 2ft or 24". It does give/ stretch a little. I do not know nor can say how much it stretches. The colors are a beautiful blue both a lighter color w/ dark blue lines& a creamish color in a plaid pattern. I'm sorry as I work a lot & will answer questions asap, if any. I can mail items standard mail through the USPS in 5 OR LESS business days of receiving address. It is a beautiful skirt, excellent condition, never worn. Sad to let it go but it does not fit. Shipping is free so I cant take returns..so please do not bid if you are not sure. I couldn't imagine one would return it unless it doesn't fit so, once again, please review specs. I did best I could measuring & providing as much info as I can. I'm not certain on what the exact colors of blue are. If you like it..and its your size... YOU WILL LOVE IT!
