Yeah I have 700+ of vintage AND new! I'm really concentrating on vintage right now. I list mostly new on here to support my "knife habit" as my wife calls it. Good vintage is slim pickins on Listia though.

Danman I wanted to list a knife how do you stop kids from bidding?
Sep 8th, 2013 at 5:36:44 AM PDT by
Original
You know, I have that problem a lot. All we can do is state the age requirements in upper case. And if I even suspect it's a kid, I'll block them. I also put my starting bid above 600. A lot of these kids get referred to Listia thru Facebook or Twitter getting 500 free credits. The kids don't usually have more than that. There are plenty of Listians out there, so you won't miss a few if you have to block them. Better safe than sorry. Sellers have the same problem on other auction sites. All you can do is cover yourself by stating age requirements and hope for the best. I hope that helps.

LOL. Hey Roopman Knows that "All's fair" so you go for it. All the other knife guys know that I'm the same way. If I want something, nobody or No Thang will stop me from getting it. Roopman is a good one and he'll understand. It's one big happy knife collector family. But it IS ALSO an auction. Roop will laugh when he sees this. Umm, how bad does HE want this? So, Good luck my friend!!!

Yeah Gerber and Buck outsourced to China but are still great knives. These U.S. made knives are out there, but you have to spend the money. Hey, good luck to ya and thanks for the comment!!!
