? I can't be sure but this plant looks like a Ground Cover Sedum, We have this growing along our garden walk way, and we live in zone 5 which we frequently get between -10 to -15 F. This plant is a real tough character for all its dainty looks, it will climb over rockwalls and cascade down, grows where not much else will. Makes nice fill in for flower beds, ours has tiny yellow star like flowers and can live in sun or shade.
