Description

The listing, Thick Knit Pad Rug Sit-Upon Cushion Cat Bed Instructions has ended.

This is an original technique I developed for making Chrismas gifts from the tons of yarn I had accumulated through the years.I made them as seat cushions, bath mats, cat beds, and back-save rugs to put in front of the kitchen sink. They were a huge hit.

This auction is for an instruction sheet for these mats, delivered as an email attachment.

The technique is very simple, but time consuming. It takes me about 10 hours to make one. The end result is very spongy and sturdy. Throw them in the washer and dryer as needed.

Thank you for looking.

Are these knitted or crocheted? I do both and have tons of yarn left over from projects, sounds like something I would like to do. fanned and watching for sure.

They're knitted and definitely a great stash buster. I use multiple strands. Cheap yarn works great. Machine wash and dry. A little wool makes them even better -- almost like felting.

F&W Please fan back. Do you have the pattern in crochet and could you send it to the winner instead if requested?
