The listing, ***BROKEN*** Apple iPod Mini **READ DESCRIPTION** has ended.

I got this on Listia and the owner sent it to me in a regular envelope with no padding of any kind and it may have broken in shipping. Whatever the case, the iPod displays a sad face and will not hold a charge. I tried restoring it, but it won't even sync up to my computer. I don't know how to fix these or if it can even be fixed, but if anyone can use it for parts, it's free, including free shipping.

Please note that this item is BROKEN and is NOT WORKING

ok, this is a 2nd gen mini. the sad face means the hard drive is fried. the battery not holding a charge means the battery is depleated. these minis are from 2005, so in 8 years its had plenty of charges and discharges. so its worn out. cheap fix if u know how to do it. bid up people ;)

The method people ship here is RIDICULOUS. I won TWO Android tablets from two different sellers in the last week... one was shipped in a plain bubble envelope (bad enough), and the other, larger, heavier, glass screen one, was shipped in a thin cardboard flat rate envelope with no padding.

BOXES for fragile electronics, people!!

Anyway, watching this one, it should be fixable.

I don't believe that just because something says free shipping that it should not be protected when it ships if it's fragile. Taking a little time to ship properly would go a long way in adding to that positive feedback :) Thanks for looking!
