This interesting auction item is a partially completed quilt, suitable for a young boy.Constructed of cotton fabrics, these 15 partially completed quilt blocks feature a snake design.
Several of the blocks have had satin stitching applied to the appliqué, while others will require a little more work.
Also included are precut purple print strips for sashing between the blocks, and pre-cut black and green strips to construct a black and green checkerboard border for this quilt project.
This project came from a neighbors yard sale. I purchased a large box of quilt fabrics, and this project was in the bottom. Judging from the other fabrics, all the material you see is top-quality cotton quilting fabric.
My neighbor was a dynamite quilter, and she's made a good start on this project. This would be a perfect gift for a young boy, or just someone who loves his snakes!
