I'm trying to give you 2 options:
free shipping with high starting bids as stated or
exact postage and lower starting bids.

for example if i list an item, for 1800 and free shipping.
and no one has bid (so i can change it)
then you can tell me that you don't have enough credits and want to pay the exact postage and

i'll go out there and lower the credits and add the exact shipping costs.
