i don't know if she has read that I'll ask her, she reads textbooks for pleasure. lol she just went to the green festival in Philadelphia and she has a vitamix blender and makes her own almond milk loves kale and makes her own veggie burgers

Oh, my she sounds like my daughters! I came into this older....my kids were vegetarians forever and now mostly vegan, although one daughter is a hold out and likes her meat. To each her/his own, right?!
