I bought this handmade cat collar from Etsy a while back. It's really cute, but my cat will not keep a collar on. My loss is your gain! ;-) It is very hard to capture the silver stars with a camera, but they are there. I tried to show them in the last picture. It has a breakaway clasp, no elastic, and a bell. Where the bell is attached, it would be easy to attach any tags needed, which is an option that I really like on my cat collars. Not many that I have found have that. From what I can measure, it's approximately 6" at it's smallest and 10" at it's largest.

Shipping is a $3.50 flat rate to help cover the cost of packaging and tracking. I only ship to the United States, sorry. PayPal is the only method of payment that I will take.
