**Unfortunately the post office can be less than careful with our items. As the holidays roll around they even less careful!! They recently lost an expensive item so I am adding this disclaimer to all of my auctions. I am an honest lister and have pages and pages of positive feedback on couponforum.com, ebay.com and here. That being said, I cannot be responsible for items once they leave my hands. In other words, I cannot refund credits for items that do not make it to their destination. I will make every attempt to make all parties happy but can’t afford to replace items. And I cannot refund credits for items lost due to no fault of my own. I am sorry.
