This product was custom designed for the United States postal service by an American Greetings company.
Arctic animals: fox, hare,wolf bear and owl
NIP meaning never been out of the package they have a 1999 date on this so the package itself could be as old as 14 years. it is still factory sealed and from our smoke free home.

Not without opening it. I can guess they are about the same size as a regular letter envelope
