This is about 1.75 inches in diameter. It's light and would probably be comfortable on any length of chain. No idea how old it is; I've had it for about 25 years and didn't get it new.There's a circular hallmark with a clear 925 in the middle; unfortunately the rest of the stamp isn't so clear. I think that part of it is "HECHO EN," which would mean that the rest of it is probably "Mexico" or "Taxco."
