These bright lemon yellow iris will grow well in regular soil, or even in wet areas. I have even grown some in standing water. They spread quickly, and in just a two-three years, will make quite a nice stand of color. Hardy, and easy to plant. I do not know the exact shipping, because I dig when you win.
