1.) I will only send item(s) to a Listia Verified addresses, if your address is not Listia verified, please contact me before bidding.

2.) I will not refund credits after the auction ends or you misread the auction prior to bidding. I will keep the credits and relist the item again.

3.) If you do not send your verified address and/or shipping cost within 7 days from the end of auction, you forfeit your credits and I will relist item. Listia rules, not mine!

4.) If your package is returned for ANY reason other than my mistake), you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

6.) Once the package has been placed into the mail I am not responsible for the arrival and condition of the package.

7.) I will gladly combine multiple comic auctions. Just add $0.50 per additional auction after the first auction base shipping fee of $2.50 (shipping will not be any higher than $12.50 –email me for details)
