This cute fairy style skirt is a size XL can fit up to a 2XL has absolutely no defects and has underskirt(black non see through) top is sheer and see through. This is used but only for a few hours one Halloween night I was Midnight Fairy :) LoL pictures do this skirt no justice it's also fluffy so it puffs out a bit!

I'm. Large it fit me but I did roll down the elastic by one and it made it more secure just got cuter since it became a little shorter.

Almost 17 in. In length and definitely 17 in. Width at hips.believe it or not the skirt never came with a fabric tag so sorry couldn't tell you but if you know what a tutu feels like its like that but softer and underneath is like a satin it's kinda silky. Thx
