shipping can cost a bit. what I have learned to do when considering or looking for things to list is look for things that are small and easily shipped. many people expect free shipping, some are rather rude about it, when I feel like the value of the items that I'm giving away is significant and/or that the shipping cost will be greater I charge for it. all in all I've given away about thirty two things. the difference between what I've paid and what I received in shipping charges amounts to about 50 bucks. however I have gotten a pair of cargo shorts a golf shirt stainless steel ring an antique Minuteman patch sterling silver ring with large lapis a collector knife harmonic pitch instrument 2 3G smartphones....antique stock certificate.... little bit of a hassle, little bit of expense, great potential!

I would bid on these if you had paypal., signing up for a paypal account is easy if you have a bank account, if not you can use a credit card (I think even a prepaid one)But with paypal it lets you have a little insurance when you send shipping money. I will tell you that if you are the seller and you use paypal for shipping you need to add 42 cents on your cost because that is what paypal will charge the seller. Good luck, with five children this site could be quite helpful, you can list what they out grow and buy what they need with credits. I get a lot of my grand kids clothing here, again good luck and I will fan you to help you get started!
