How this system operates is simple. You just plug the main (big) cradle in main room,then plug cord into telephone line extention then set phone in cradle.Secound phone you set in secoundary room of choice. You only have to plug this one in wall.and then set it in cradle. Both phones should be ready to use in under a hour.
