do not bid if you don't plan on paying shipping fees. handmade Halloween costume. fits 2t-3t. the poodles are coming off a bit so fabric glue is needed to help them stick down better. only the top and skirt are included. in good condition only worn once. smoke and pet free home. the poodle on the skirt weighs it down a bit so I safety pinned the skirt to the bottom of the shirt to help hold it up. will ship with tracking as soon as a verified address and shipping is paid. yes I did. I tried to match the poodles but the store had sold out of one so I had to go with the other. everyone loved this costume when my daughter wore it last year! we never came across anyone with the same thing on. :)
