I will comment on the rules part it does state no food so whoever wins this ORNAMENT ONLY please dispose of Candy. This items is only 5 days old but Luvubear2 was kind enough to mention I should not have posted this. So please dispose of candy the only reason I will not open package so people don't think it's a used item. I apologize for this.

Yes, I was told the same thing when I had a bookmark with a small stocking sealed with a candy cane. The moderater said that if it is sealed to don't open it because it will loose it's value. She brought a example like a pez dispenser always comes with candy and others list it. That is okay as long as we know we are bidding on only the pez dispenser and not the value of the candy. I know there are loop hole on Listia, very confusing, LOL :)
