4 pokemon forretress rare holo year 1995-2001 2/75 in good shape a couple very light scatches on holo spheal reverse holo year 2012 29/124 in good shape krokorok reverse holo in year 2013 69/116 in good shape vanillite year 2013 in good shape no bends or creases in any of the cards im not saying new once you open something its not new and im not useing the word mint only a card grader can say mint my cards are good compared to a lot of people selling junk on listia and fake cards this is an auction not a place were every card is mint you can buy ten packs of cards and send them to be graded and most of them dont come back graded mint and if people dont bid on my auctions for speaking the truth so be it look at must of the auctions on listia no pictures of the back of cards no details about the card

Well really the only way to say something is new is for it to come from something factory made (like a pack or box) and have it go into something that protects it. But after a few days, saying it is new is a stretch. Now Near Mint means no flaws but it hasn't been graded as Mint. So it is possible to say "No physical flaws" and have that mean Near Mint. Try doing that if you think it will help. If you see no flaws like scuffs, bends, much whiting on the edges of the back, stains, or things like that, then say No Physical Flaws.

once something is opened it is not new you can even buy a pack of cards dont open them send them to be graded let psa open them and none of the cards would be mint i have done i have been collecting sports cards for over 30 years and near mint is any card that looks real good like new when first looked at you take your chances buying packs and on a auction the junk i have been getting fake cards you askm questions people say theres no creases or bends then you get the cards and theres a lot of creases the cards that i put on when i say theres no creases or bends there is not and if people dont like what i have to say to bad listia is not the only place to get cards

near mint is a card at first glance looks new until further inspection you might find flaw thats near mint and that straight from psa website the meaning of near mint i had 6 different people complain about my cards once they got them my disciptions did not say what they were complaining about they were finding miner things to get i refund when i say very light scatches and they bid then say theres very light scatches on the cards when they get them 2 of them people i warned other selleres that i have seen your name asking them for refunds there people on listia i see when i read peoples feedback going backs months there name pops up a lot asking for refunds i guess if you ask for refunds over months no one would notice thats a good way to get free cards and im not saying you simonsays people no who they are im going to start putting names of these people that sell fake cards and people that i see asking for refunds a lot from all kinds of sellers

Well I only ask refunds (and I mean I ASK) when they list a card as being in 1 condition and it is really less than that. Or if no condition is listed and the pictures (if any) can't be used to determine condition and when asked, none is given. If the card is in poor condition cause of this then that is when I ask for refunds. I'm as honest as can be but don't like getting worn stuff that makes people think I don't take care of my stuff. To me, condition is everything.

i have 15 people blocked 1 selling fake cards 1 for selling metered stamps that cant be sold online i left positive feedback then asked for a refund listia sided with the law breaker when you but stamps you would think there legit 2 other people i blocked because over the months i seen there name in other peoples feedback asking for a refund to me thats a red flag i have had people ask for refunds on the same thing i put in my discription i had one guy won 6 cards and i sent him 8 he complained that the 2 xtras were not mint and wanted refund on cards he didnt even win i gave him a refund to make him happy he left me a nautral condition is evrything on listia its hard to get good cards because they allow scammers kids all kinds of crooks you dont have to verify your account some people your card can be mint but there thinking of mint is brand new this is an auction site you take your chances and hope the card is mint your not buying from amazon tollandtoad i have sent listia emails about there policies they stink every person is different mint to 1 person may not be mint to another thats why they have grading companys
