This is an oldie but goodie angels, actually it is in excellent condition, for being such a vintage piece. he has a big smile on his face, this would be a perfect gift for baby 1 st, christmas, made in the usa, he is 12" tall, or for the collector this would be a great piece as it is marked & numbered in the back bottom of the bear. please take care i care god bless barb
