Just wanted to add this item is USED so do not expect show room quality although this is NOTHING physical wrong with it it's my experience that people forget that ALL the items on here are FREE and my shipping is free I once gave away a new hairbrush with tags that had as the lady put it one hair and that was the biggest ugliest drama I ever say on here so if there's a problem lets fix it and be happy no sense being ugly about something FREE
