yes smoke free and washable i do have a dog though she just isn't allowed around my kids toys or in their rooms

yes smoke free home and it used to chug when u pushed its wheel but i washed it and forgot about that so that don't work anymore but yes it is washable and yes its from a smoke free home i have a dog but she is mostly a outside dog and she isn't allowed in my kids rooms and their toys don't come out so there is no hair or nappy cig smell to it
