Tissue Nutrient Solution (TNS) Serum is derived from cells of the foreskin. While the cream does not actually contain bits of foreskin, it makes use of the cells' ability to produce TNS. The serum promotes the body's built-in anti-aging properties and inspires new skin growth and collagen formation. So in other words, it contains overactive ingredients that will repair the skins damage as a quickly as it would a childs skin. The research was first used as treatment for burn victims when healing the skin. Therefor, they bottled it up and used it to reduce wrinkles. Kind of like how Botox was first used in children with CP to relax the neck muscles and Allergan decided to start using it for aesthetics in the 80's :)
