There is a spot on the inner part of the disk. It might be a few little dot scratches or might be a stubborn dirty spot. I do not have a proper cleaner and dont wanna scratch it by trying, Again I cant seem to get a picture close up without my camera wigging out from the reflection

This CD is used so don't expect a mint disk
It might have smudges or slight to minor scratches.
If so its nothing that would stop it from playing or could not be fixed with a CD/DVD cleaner.
but no disk will be cracked
I would picture every scratch an smudge but my camera sucks
