yes if you have a product key code like the one on the little shiny sticker on your computer but for xp home

You would need the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) . That's the sticker that they mount to the computer. Without that COA, this disk isn't much good unless you happen to have the same version of windows already loaded on your computer.
