It's battery operated, and I'll be replacing the batteries before I ship it since I accidentally left it on after taking pictures! It's only 5 inches tall and is 15 inches around.

Msbrat is incorrect, there may be some restrictions but it is (typically) allowed by the post office (to ship toys n electronics n such with batteries) ^_^
