The listing, Dell inspiron 2650 laptop has ended.

Fully functioning Dell laptop battery does not work if it is not plugged in. Would be great for parts or as a first time laptop. Not sure what year it is maybe a 1999 or 2000. Will include charger with the computer. As is. Thanks for looking! Happy bidding!

No no wifi it needs a wired connection it does have usb drives so you may be able to get a wifi usb connector Idk if that would work or not though

Yes :) I strongly encourage you to look up the laptop though and see if they have them available again it's very old but it still turns on to the home screen.
