This is a VERY little (2-1/8" x 2-5/8") book of POLISH quotations and poems. It has 87 pages including the spis tresci (Index or Table of Contents).The spline reads SZUMOWINY which Google says means 'scum' or 'froth' but my wife (Polish) says that that is not an acurate translation.
The cover reads "sztaudynger" which is the name of the author, Jan Sztaudynger, a Polish poet and satirist.
The book contains many pen and ink drawings.
On the first blank page is an inscription dated 1986.
