there shouldn't be an issue with activating phone cause the account has already been transfered to another phone already. All codes and etc have been cleared. if that issue does arise we will handle it right away but I don't think there will be. will contact straight talk within next 48 hours to make sure

Does this take a sims card? A family member gave me a used phone and I had to get his pass word and security code to activate it. Is this your phone and if the same is true and you willing to give out that info to the winner? Straight Talk would not let me activate the phone without it.

This has been cleared& all info was transfered to another phone for the account this phone was under. I will call straight talk to make sure it's good to go when the winner wins & receives the item. I'll call them by Monday this comming week to make sure. it doesn't have a sim card with this type
