Good evening it says in 3 different places that the shipping charge is $6.99. The description also states that you have 4 different payment options. It says in my description and I quote, "Please do not bid if you won't/can't pay the $6.99 shipping charge. Thank you in advance :)" It also states and I quote, "Shipping via Package WITH TRACKING NUMBER and INSURANCE IS $6.99." It also says and I quote, "For payment I accept Paypal, Money Orders/Cashier's Check, or well concealed cash on delivery (CoD)." Well concealed CoD not USPS CoD or UPS CoD or FedEx CoD. Well Concealed Cash on Delivery. No one told you that you have to do anything. You were given 4 different payment options.
