I don't know if you are old enough to remember these. they were given out as advertising things. its a rain hat that is folded like an accordian and fits inside this vinly sleeve. it says "save for a rainy day larchmont federal savings" on the front. the writing is worn. free shipping in the us. international bidders pay actual cost to ship. a nice collectible item!
