FREE: 10K Heart Ring with Small Diamond

The listing, 10K Heart Ring with Small Diamond has ended.

This is a STAMPED 10K yellow Gold ring with a small clear stone ( I was told it was a diamond ) I have not had this checked. I won it on Listia and didn't care for the design after I got a good look at it.
I can see another number on the opposit side on the inside band which looks like an 8 that is very worn. Thinking that it may have been re-sized?

It is a size 4 to 4 & 1/4.
