It is for all auctions I list. It is the rules I go by. It does not necessarily mean this auction requires shipping. I said AND/OR meaning it could have payment as well. It means shipping payment AND address; or it could mean payment OR address. It all depends on the auction and what it says for shipping on that specific auction.
